Sometimes, it is best to sit in silence, and then there are other times you need to scream to get some peace or feel some calmness within. Taking a break and recharging is what we need to press on to the next day. Relaxing and resting are good for our spiritual rest to hear from God. I feel screaming helps release tension in the muscles. It brings relief to anything bottled up inside and letting it go. We all love peace and joy, but we live in a body of flesh that yearns to be acknowledged daily.
