What we say belongs to us. We as believers should hold ourselves accountable by responsibly managing our work and life tasks, fulfilling our obligations to colleagues, and consistently reflecting on our work conduct. You must accept the outcomes of your decision-making process and access any changes you want in the future. The Bible teaches that we will be held accountable before God and that we are meant as brothers and sisters in Christ to hold each other responsible on earth for our words and actions. Being accountable means being willing to explain your actions with honesty and openness.
