“Be ye kind one to another” (Ephesians 4:32). Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God, for Christ’s sake, hath forgiven you. Many people have forgotten what it means to be kind to one another in this day of entitlement, self-promotion, and impersonal virtual relationships. The Bible teaches, “Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice (Ephesians 4:31-32). Being kind to one another is not optional for the people of God (Micah 6:8; Zechariah 7:9; 1 Peter 3:8). Being kind also means caring for others, bearing their burdens, and valuing them above ourselves(Romans 12:10; Galatians 6:2; Philippians 2:3). Kindness motivates us to speak life and encouragement to others instead of death and discouragement. When you are kind, you forgive rather than blame. Walking in Love means following the example of Jesus Christ.
WHEEEEEEEEE…. WEEEEEEEE !!Thank you Lord God for your wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. MY GOD!! MY GOD!! WOW!!! Who would of thunk? This message on “Kindness” really hits home hard!! In my opinion…. I thought I was one of the kindest people in the world. As I self reflect over my life . I am farther away from being kind than I thought!! Lord ..please forgive me for any areas of kindness that I may have fallen short. My desire is to please you and be a worthy vessel that you can use for your GLORY !!! I don’t want to be a stumbling block for or to anyone. I am CONVICTED for not showing and living (kindness FULLY according to your definition). Help my FLESH to die daily. I don’t want my emotions to get in the way of living for you. I want to treat people the way you treat me. You forgave me for my sins with no holds barred. Who am I to judge an individual in any way ? Lord you said in your word that you have no respect or person and What you have done/doing for me you will do for others. Now that I know better… I will do better!!!
