Happy Jesus Day:
(Hebrews 11:1). Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen. Godly faith is trusting and relying on God when looking to the future and obeying even when we don’t fully understand all the details. The significant figures of the Old Testament, such as Abraham, Moses, and David, all lives according to this type of faith. Ultimately, that means trusting God’s intent to make good on His promise from an eternal perspective. In light of their struggles, the model of faith presented by those men should inspire believers toward a more confident, purposeful faith. (Hebrews 6:1) Faith is always exercised toward God, but Christ makes it possible.
