God will not take anything away from you. What He will do is take it if you give it up. Jeremiah 29: 11 tells us I know the plans I have for you, “ declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. The devil knows that if we surrender, this will bring us freedom by submitting it to God. Every day, we must choose to let go. The devil wants no room left for God in our lives, so letting go and allowing God should become a lifestyle of giving it all to Him. We can surrender to God, who provides us with a clean slate to do His mighty work in our lives. When we let go and let God, we submit entirely to Him. We are letting go of whatever we’ve been trying to do so God can do what He can. Surrendering to God is giving up. We are not big enough to deal with our worries, and He must take over.
