Bless the Lord for all He has done and is doing for you (Psalm 103: 1-22). We know God is perfect, but we can bless Him by praising Him or honoring His name. Bless in Hebrew means to kneel, indicating the idea of blessing the Lord. We do not add anything to Him when we bless Him, yet we worship Him as our appropriate response to His greatness and love for us. Blessing is a divine and life-giving action, the source of which is the Father, and from the beginning until the end of time, the whole work of God’s work is a blessing (James 1:17). “Every good endowment and every perfect gift is from above.
