Testimony “Paycheck”

Happy Jesus Day:

Just a thought in 2017 God gave me a revelation about my trusting Him it broke me and sadden me all at the same time about being disobedient. I was tutoring trying to have extra income to help out with household needs. The Lord had spoken to me several times about the ministry He had called me into over thirty -five years earlier. I had not given my full attention to my calling. While trying to tutor I stayed sick even being hospitalized at times. I would get better and go right back to work. I started tutoring in 2014 until 2017 just to let you see how sometimes it takes longer for some. In March 2017 I had a bad infection in my lungs I also was on oxygen at that time and made a promise to the Lord that I would let go of work and focus on my ministry. I was sitting talking with the lord when He said to me “Why are you running after a resource {paycheck} when I am your source” my Faith was in what I could see and not what I could believe and Hope for we all get confused sometimes thinking that God is opening doors and it’s you. The Lord said to come to Me I am your SOURCE and not a Resource. The resource has to go to the source in order to get what is needed. Your paycheck will never take care of everything you need because God says He will supply all your NEEDS. Having extra jobs can never meet all of your needs only God. Give God the opportunity to show you what He can do, will do, and is definitely able to do in October of 2017 God spoke me to take off the oxygen it’s been five years I am breathing God’s air after being on oxygen for nine years. Being obedient will activate your faith which will move God.
