We must learn to encourage ourselves in the word Psalm 27: 13-14. Then open the door for God to help; you must give everything to God your past mistakes, your present problems, and your future aspirations. Let go of your fears, weakness, hurts, habits, your hang-ups, Allow God to be in control, and take your hands off of everything, there is no reason to be afraid of. Then you will be able to handle whatever the enemy throws at you.
