A vice is a moral failing or bad habit. Lying and cheating are both forms of vice Galatians 5: 19-21. It can be seen as bad behavior or moral weakness. The capital vices are Pride, Greed, Envy, Wrath, Lust, Gluttony, and Sloth are Contrary to Humility, Love, Kindness, Patience, Chastity, Temperance, Diligence, The desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do Galatians5:17.
